Jeanine and Neal McPaul with their second horse from Northern Foundations. This is NFF Society's Duke Echo, sired by Society's Duke Allen, out of Wilson's Ruby Roan. Nicknamed "Blackjack" at birth, he is a loving pest. These photos are from summer 2015.
NFF Society's Echo Spirit, sired by Society's Duke Allen, out of NFF Angel's Lucky Star. Spirit was a 2014 foal and is now residing with his new owner, David, in northern Wisconsin.
NFF Jeremiah Wilson, sired by Society's Duke Allen, out of Carbonado's Nancy Bee. This was one dandy colt! He knew he was special from Day One. He and his dam are now in Israel.
NFF Society's Nobel Traveler as a foal and all grown up (on the right). Traveler was sired by Society's Duke Allen, out of NFF Angel's Lucky Star.
Some of the foals we've raised in the past. This is such a small sampling of the horses we have raised here and sold. They are all doing well for their new owners. If you have purchased a foal from me and would like it included on this page, send me some recent photos. I would love to add your horse to this page!!
NFF Wilson's MayFlower as a foal. I was on the ground making monkey sounds while a friend snapped this photo of her moving away from me.
Right photo is at her new home in British Columbia being used as a trail horse. MayFlower was sired by Echo's Star Gray Wilson, out of Krispy Cream.
This is NFF Honest Abe Wilson, born in 2013. Abe was a sneaky one. I was told the mare was not pregnant so sold her to a friend of mine. While I was in South Dakota on vacation, Nancy called to tell me she had a foal in her pasture. I thought she was kidding. Abe's dam is NFF Wilson Chantilly Lace. He was sired by Remembrance's Bonfire.
Photo on the right is Abe as a 3 year old with his owner, Dick Haines in Georgia. Abe certainly has grown up to be a beautiful horse. It sounds like he has a very good mind and is making an excellent trail horse.
NFF Embers All Aglow, aka, Trooper, sired by Remembrance's Bonfire, out of Krispy Cream. This is a very nice colt. He had a super disposition before he was gelded and sold and only got better with time.
NFF Melanie Wilson. She was quite the diva in my pasture as a foal. She always seemed to know when the camera was on her and it looks like she carried that into adulthood. Melanie now lives in California at Steppin' Straight Farm.
NFF Wilson's Royal Affair (Echo's Star Gray Wilson X Red Rock Evangelista). Royal grew up to be a great trail mount. She is pictured with Denny Brunsting at Custer State Park. She now resides in British Columbia at Tsuniah Walkers.
Meet NFF Rubies For The Duchess, born spring of 2016. Sired by Society's Duke Allen, out of Wilson's Ruby Roan. "Baby R" is quite the girl. She is super friendly, well gaited, and loves people. She will be moving to California in 2017.
I offer a payment plan for buyers: 10% down will hold the foal of your choice with monthly payments to be made until the foal is paid for in full. At weaning time (5 months of age), the foal should be paid in full and will be free to leave the farm once he/she has been weaned. If the buyer opts out of the sale, all payments received after thirty days will be refunded with the exception of the down payment. We also accept payments by PayPal, for your convenience.
NFF Societys Cadillac Jack, sired by Society's Duke Allen, out of Krispy Cream. Jack is now 4 years old and under saddle with his new owner, Sheila Franck. Love that photo! I swear Sheila does not take a bad picture! In the foal picture to the left, Jack is less than 24 hours old and happened to spot the barn cat.
NFF Society's Aristocrat, known as "Crafty". He was sired by Society's Duke Allen, out of Scarlet Star Wilson and now resides in Saskatchewan. He is a stallion for Nicole Jamieson-Jackson. Pictured here as a two year old with his favorite friend, Danni, on board.

NFF Duke's Lucky Charm, born in 2014, sired by Society's Duke Allen, out of NFF Angel's Lucky Star. Charm is now residing in Italy but she is still missed on this farm. This was Lucky's first and only filly so far and Charm had personality plus, big time! She was always a pest here on the farm and loved my grandkids, as seen in the photo below where she is pestering my grandson.
NFF Society's Moonstone, sired by Sun's Smokey Midnight out of Wilson's Ruby Roan. "Stoney" now resides in Texas as a herd stallion at Legacy Walkers for Kim Masson and Nicholas Rico.
A unique characteristic of my herd of horses is none of them have Pride of Midnight in their pedigrees, making any of their offspring an ideal out cross to many of today's heavily line bred Pride horses. Below are some of the horses in the bloodlines of my herd.A unique characteristic of my herd of horses is none of them have Pride of Midnight in their pedigrees, making any of their offspring an ideal out cross to many of today's heavily line bred Pride horses. These two are full siblings sired by Echo's Star Gray Wilson, out of Sterling's Dolly. The colt on the left is NFF Wilson's Leon Taylor, the filly on the right is NFF Wilson Chantilly Lace.
NFF Wilson's Calypso Queen, born spring of 2016. Sired by NFF Wilson's Society King, out of NFF Wilson's Lady Scarlet, this filly got the size ahd "chrome" from her daddy! She is going to be a tall horse when she's done growing.
